Design & Manufacturing

Guardian Ozone designs, manufactures, and tests the vast majority of all equipment and system entirely in our Cocoa, FL facility under a stringent UL 508A Listed Panel Shop and ISO9001 Registered manufacturing process. Our staff of 35+ mechanical, electrical, and process engineers develop each design using the latest 3D CAD/CAM software to maximize accuracy and flexibility. Completed designs are sent directly to our 20’000 ft2+ in-house manufacturing facility were our team of 16 technicians utilize the CNC machinery to fabricate each system. Upon completion the performance of each ozone process system is factory validated prior to shipment.

Installation & Commisioning

The success of every Guardian Ozone project starts with world-class installation and commissioning. Our staff of 35+ factory-trained field engineers and technicians are highly experienced with the specified needs of ozone-process installation and startup. Upon installation each system is field tested to ensure it achieves every aspect of performance via our ISO9001 certified commissioning program. In this way each Guardian Ozone customer is ensured to receiving a system that meets or exceeds expectations in every way.

Service & Support

Guardian Ozone takes extreme pride in its commitment to providing world-class customer support for each and every system that we sell. Customers are assured of prompt service via Guardian’s 24/7/365 telephone hotline that connects directly with a trained factory-trained engineer. For the vast majority of issues, Guardian is able to troubleshoot and resolve a performance issue remotely via direct high-speed internet connection.
